Forest of Dean Stone Firms: Marketing

Forest of Dean Stone Firms came to us with a challenge: they had a company with an inspirational back-story, desirable product and skilled workforce but a legacy brand, established in 2007 was causing confusion with the target audience.

Our task was to distinguish the company [Forest of Dean Stone Firms] from the commercial brand [Forest Pennant], with clearly defined communication to the appropriate sector and audience.

We embarked on a journey of rediscovery.  We refreshed the Forest of Dean Stone Firms logo to better represent the company, and recreated the Forest Pennant identity; supported by brand guidelines and a new stationery suite.

We developed a new company website incorporating the Forest Pennant brand.  New literature meant further distinction between the two with the addition of a Forest of Dean Stone Firms brochure.  The stone sample process was reviewed and new packaging was developed and sourced.

PR is vital for underpinning our hard work and this continues to be the backbone of our relationship with Forest of Dean Stone Firms.
