Holly is co-founder and director of the Department of Marketing.
Prior to starting DOM Holly has worked in a number of B2B PR agencies, rising from PR co-ordinator to account manager before making the decision to move in-house. As head of PR she proactively managed the press relations for over 30 brands and businesses. Most recently she has combined marketing with commercial key account management to better understand her audience.
Today, Holly advises clients on PR, communications, strategy and content marketing. Her experience spans a wide range of disciplines across PR and marketing, from digital to print media, branding, literature, photography and events.
Over the last 10 years she has worked with a range of construction businesses from large corporates like Hanson, Cemex, Finning UK, Hewden, Trespa and Epwin Group (where she met her business partner, Alan Calverley, and experienced the company’s floatation on the London Stock Exchange) to privately-owned companies like Forest of Dean Stone Firms, Group HES, Lovell Purbeck and Artesis.
Her audience and sector experience is just as varied spanning architects, specifiers, landscape designers, procurement, contracts managers, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, site managers, fabricators, installers, builders and developers…we could go on!
