Taylor Lane: Branding

Branding was top of our agenda for Taylor Lane.  We insisted on getting this nailed before pushing any proactive marketing activity.  Why?  Because we think that a brand should be a company’s most valued asset.

We didn’t want to move away from the company’s recognisable and established logo; this was a refresh not redesign.  We worked closely with Barrie, Colin and Rebekah to evolve the brand from its timber frame roots to embrace the company’s wider product offering and target market.

While distinctly familiar every element of the logo has changed.  Taylor Lane now has a corporate logo complemented by product and sector categories.  We created guidelines that ensure consistent and appropriate use of the brand, and the company now holds a full suite of artwork files.  We also redesigned the corporate stationery to reflect a modern Taylor Lane.
