Holly is co-founder and director of the Department of Marketing.
Prior to starting DOM Holly has worked in several B2B PR agencies, rising from PR co-ordinator to account manager before making the decision to move in-house. As head of PR she proactively managed the press relations for over 30 brands and businesses. Most recently she has combined marketing with commercial key account management to better understand her audience.

During her career Holly has worked with a range of construction businesses from large corporations like Hanson, Cemex, Finning UK, Hewden, Trespa and Epwin Group (where she met her business partner, Alan Calverley, and experienced the company’s floatation on the London Stock Exchange) to privately-owned companies like Forest of Dean Stone Firms, Group HES, Lovell Purbeck and Artesis.
