Taking inspiration from the logo we created a new corporate brochure and price list along with a stationery suite. We also reviewed the current website and implemented basic changes including the addition of a fixed menu and details of the nursery’s online learning journal, Tapestry – two key selling points.
Positioned on a busy trunk road into Birmingham city centre, clear signage is crucial for maximising the opportunities to see. The existing signs and banners have been replaced in line with the new branding.
Facebook has become a valuable tool for Wiggles and Giggles, in fact it has become the communication tool of choice for prospective parents. With permissions in place, the staff now share regular updates and photographs of the children and activities. The nursery is particularly pleased with the independent Facebook reviews posted by parents. Overall, Facebook engagement/reactions/shared and comments are up 16,000% since we launched the Wiggles and Giggles account last November.
The nursery is at capacity and recently completed a positive Ofsted inspection.
